The following standard qualification requirements are established for inclusion in the personnel reserve for junior positions of the humanitarian block:

1) Level of professional education:

— higher professional education in the relevant field or secondary professional education in the relevant field.

2) Work experience:

— no work experience requirements are established.

3) Professional competence:

Knowledge of:

general legislation, as well as the following regulatory legal acts:

the Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Local State Administration and Local Self-Government Bodies”, “On Mass Media”, and “On the Procedure for Considering Citizens’ Appeals”;

as well as legislation in the relevant field.

— knowledge of the state and/or official languages to the extent necessary for performing official duties;

Abilities:

— collecting, analyzing, systematizing and summarizing information;
— preparing analytical documents;
— analyzing domestic and foreign experience in the relevant field and applying it in practice.

Skills:

— working with regulatory legal acts and applying them in practice;
— planning work and managing working time efficiently;
— using computer and office equipment, as well as necessary software products.

The following documents must be submitted to participate in the selection process:

— personal application;
— resume indicating email address, autobiography indicating information on the presence or absence of a criminal record;
— copies of documents confirming basic and additional education, if available, certified by a notary or by the last place of employment;
— copy of the employment record book, if work experience is available, certified by a notary or by the last place of employment;
— copies of documents confirming the award of an academic degree and academic title, if available;
— copy of passport;
— certificate of no criminal record.

All persons wishing to participate in the competition must submit the above-mentioned documents, filed in a folder, within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement to the following address:
