Municipal Enterprise “Kyzyl-Suu Tazalyk”
General Information About the Enterprise
Municipal Enterprise “Kyzyl-Suu Tazalyk” carries out the collection and removal of solid household waste in the Kyzyl-Suu Aiyl Aimak, and also provides services related to improvement, landscaping, lighting, road maintenance, and communal services.
The enterprise was re-registered on June 27, 2024. It is registered on the public procurement portal zakupki.okmot.kg.
Area of Activity
Collection and removal of solid household waste, communal services, and improvement works.
Landfill Site
The landfill area is 1.350 ha. It has an APU and an environmental passport.
Material Base
The enterprise has a garage and an office. Special and communal equipment is listed on its balance sheet.
Tariffs of “Kyzyl-Suu Tazalyk” Enterprise
Tariffs for the removal of solid household waste were approved by Resolution No. 147 of the 14th session of the 1st convocation of the Local Council of the Kyzyl-Suu Aiyl Aimak dated February 4, 2026.
Monthly tariff for 1 yard / one household.
Monthly service cost per 1 person.
For the removal of 1 m³ of solid household waste.
Works Performed by “Kyzyl-Suu Tazalyk” Enterprise
The municipal enterprise provides paid services to individuals and legal entities on the basis of contracts. It also performs work aimed at improving sanitary conditions, lighting, and territorial improvement.
Equipment of “Kyzyl-Suu Tazalyk” Enterprise
The enterprise has equipment on its balance sheet intended for waste removal, road maintenance, water transportation, sewage, cargo, and special works.
Municipal Enterprise “Ak-Jol Kyzyl-Suu Machine-Tractor Station”
General Information About the Enterprise
Municipal Enterprise “Ak-Jol Kyzyl-Suu Machine-Tractor Station” is a municipal enterprise operating under the right of economic management. It was established on the basis of Resolution No. 190 of the Kyzyl-Suu Aiyl District dated September 18, 2009.
The enterprise was registered by the Issyk-Kul Regional Department of Justice on September 22, 2009. Following the administrative-territorial reform and the merger of former municipal enterprises, the enterprise was re-registered on September 9, 2024.
Main Purpose
Provision of agricultural, technical, and service support to agricultural producers.
Veterinary and Agronomy
Implementation of a unified policy in the fields of veterinary services and agronomy within the Kyzyl-Suu Aiyl Aimak.
Agricultural Development
Cultivation, maintenance and expansion of perennial plantations, as well as development of seed farming.
Employees and Structure of “Ak-Jol Kyzyl-Suu MTS” Enterprise
The enterprise employs 12 people according to the staffing schedule and 13 tractor-machine operators on the basis of employment contracts. In total, 25 people work at the enterprise.
Equipment of “Ak-Jol Kyzyl-Suu MTS” Enterprise
The enterprise has tractors, combines, a loader, and agricultural implements on its balance sheet intended for carrying out agricultural works.
Livestock Area
At the “Karasai” site located in a remote syrt valley, yaks and other livestock belonging to the Municipal Enterprise “Ak-Jol Kyzyl-Suu MTS” are being kept.
