The Kyzyl-Suu rural municipality announces the long-term lease of a 11.0-hectare land plot (code 2-02-09-0011-0003) located in Kyzyl-Suu village for the construction of multi-storey residential buildings. Additionally, a 4.0-hectare land plot is available for lease for the establishment of a temporary concrete plant.

Furthermore, a tender is announced for construction companies to participate in the implementation of the residential development project.

At the same time, in order to supply construction materials, a sand and gravel quarry with an area of 8.15 hectares, located in Saruu rural area (contours No. 33, 36, 37, 38), is also offered for lease. A tender is also announced for this project.
